Timer Function and Network Off Work Function

The touch switch panel supports a timer function that includes countdown, single, and repeat timers. It can set a maximum of 8 groups of timer settings. It also supports network off-work function; the timer setting can work as usual even if the network is shut down.

The touch switch panel requires a live and neutral wire and does not support a single live wire setup.

Problem and Suggestion:

The device not stable connecting on App

1. Each router has a connection limit, but more and more smart devices are being used in families.

2. A lot of families are still using very old version routers, even more than 3 years old.

In order to have an excellent experience, the suggestion is:

1. Reset the router connection limit.

2. Change to a new, updated version router.

3. Please note these switches only work on a 2.4G WIFI network, not 5G.
